The Junior Certificate pupils faced a difficult challenge to match the standards set by the Leaving Certificate Class of 2010. Pupils completing the Leaving Certificate achieved personal and overall success in which they, their parents and teachers should be justifiably be proud.
Once again the pupils of The King's Hospital posted results well above the national norms giving our class of 2010 the best possible opportunity of progresing to their chosen career of Third Level studies. |
| Mr Glascott Symes, Deputy Head, congratulated the class of 2010 (class of x) saying that they "were highly regarded by their teachers and great things were expected of them. They did not disappoint: their results being the best ever in the quality of grades and only a fraction behind the class of 2005 in the number of honour grades achieved." |
Melaine Lang-Orsini headed the field not just with the full 600 University points but with 190 points to spare ! Other outstanding results were Dominic Berkeley and Alexander Sellers with 580 points.
The entire staff of The King's Hospital wish this exceptional group of young men and women every success as they start out on their university careers and thank them for their cooperation, friendship and good humour over the last six years. |
