For over 30 years, the School has enjoyed a close relationship with Stewart’s Hospital, which has been providing services to those with intellectual disabilities just down the road in Palmerstown since 1869.
Transition Year students make a weekly visit to Stewart’s to inter-act with the ‘clients’ there and to help them in various ways.
Pupils participate with great enthusiasm in the Stewart’s annual Flag Day, collecting money at local shopping centres and public places with such success that the total is regularly an impressive five-figure sum.
